SHIPPING, RETURNS and EXCHANGES

Shipping, return and exchange policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once checked out, there will be NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

We currently do not provide refunds.

What if my items are damaged, defective or incorrect? If you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will be happy to respond to your request within 2 days of receipt.

Items must be unused, unwashed and undamaged. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our store, and the customer will pay the shipping costs. Once we receive your item, you will be replaced with another one within 5-7 business days.

Send an email to shotwavewear@gmail.com and include:

- Order number ; Order name; Email with which the order was placed; Your order is most important: A photograph demonstrating the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item.

The best photos are on a flat surface, with the label and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to help you with your order and eliminate errors in future printing.

Order Cancellation Policy: Unfortunately, as all of our orders are personalized and made to order, we are unable to accept cancellations if the order is already in production. Most orders go into production within 20 hours of purchase. If you would like to check whether it is possible to cancel your order, please email shotwavewear@gmail.com and include:

- Your order number; Order name; Email with which the order was placed and Your order.
